Typing Tips for Kids
Learning to type well is a superpower! Here are some tips to help you get faster:
- Put your fingers on the home row: left fingers on A S D F, right fingers on J K L ;
- Don't look at your keyboard — keep your eyes on the screen
- It's okay to go slow at first. Accuracy comes before speed!
- Practice a little every day and you will improve fast
- Try to use all your fingers, not just your two pointer fingers
